Roles & Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer virtualization hypervisors and cloud platforms (e.g., VMware, AWS, Azure, Huawei Cloud), including provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging cloud technologies, propose improvements, and track industry trends.
  • Prepare technical presentations and demonstrations on new or updated cloud technologies for colleagues.
  • Provide consultation and technical solutions to colleagues in resolving cloud-related issues.
  • Design and define the organization's cloud usage practices, including policies, standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Build and maintain infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
  • Plan, design, and document cloud solutions, processes, and procedures, and share knowledge with colleagues.
  • Evaluate, maintain, and optimize existing cloud applications, including resolving technical problems.
  • Select cloud services based on security best practices, industry compliance, and integration with organizational workflows.
  • Support infrastructure-related operations such as Windows Server, Linux, Backup, Hardware/Software Maintenance, License, and Subscription management.
  • Research and adopt new technologies to enhance IT performance, scalability, and security.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Cloud Administrator, System Infrastructure Administrator, or in a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing large-scale cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Huawei Cloud).
  • Strong knowledge and experience with virtualization and hypervisors (e.g., VMware).
  • Experience with containerization and container orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proficiency in Linux/Unix administration and Windows Server management.
  • Solid understanding of cloud computing technologies, including networking, storage, and security.
  • Programming and scripting skills (e.g., Python, Shell Script).
