The Financial Officer (Analysis) is to provide data-driven insights that guide financial decision-making and enhance business performance. This role ensures that financial resources are allocated efficiently, risks are managed proactively, and strategic goals align with financial realities.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis & Reporting

· Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

· Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and dashboards for stakeholders.

· Evaluate financial performance and suggest improvements.

Budgeting & Forecasting

· Assist in creating annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.

· Monitor budgetary compliance and analyze variances.

· Provide insights for cost control and resource allocation

Strategic Planning & Decision Support

· Support leadership with financial insights for strategic decision-making.

· Assess market trends and economic conditions impacting business finances.

· Develop financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and business scenarios.

Risk Management & Compliance

· Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.

· Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.

· Collaborate with auditors and regulatory bodies during financial assessments.

Process Improvement & Optimization

· Recommend and implement improvements in financial processes.

· Leverage data analytics to enhance financial efficiency.

· Drive automation in financial reporting and analysis.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields
  • Experience in Finance, Banking, Accounting at least 2 years
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Be able to work under pressure and tight timeline.
  • Self-motivated, self-starter, positive attitude and growth mindset
  • Able to work in Dan Khun Thot, Nakhon ratchasima.

The investment was made through the acquisition of newly issued shares in Thai Kali Co., Ltd. under a joint venture structure, giving BCVE a 65% stake in the company's total shares.
