Chief Financial Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute financial strategies to support Ennovie's growth, including budgeting, forecasting, long-term financial planning, and alignment with corporate goals.
• ERP Cost Flow Analysis: Gain a strong understanding of the cost flow within the ERP system to ensure accurate cost tracking from production orders. Analyze ERP data to gain insights into production costs, identify variances, and support cost control initiatives without direct ERP system management.
• Financial Reporting: Manage the preparation and timely reporting of financial documents, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure accuracy and compliance for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Risk & Compliance: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
• Cost Management & Profitability Analysis: Implement and monitor cost-control measures within the production environment. Leverage production data to analyze and control costs, contributing to process improvements and profitability.
• Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor the finance team. Foster a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and operational excellence.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate financial performance and strategic initiatives to the executive team, board of directors, and other key stakeholders. Collaborate with department heads to ensure financial alignment across functions.
• Capital Management: Optimize cash flow and funding strategies. Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions, investors, and stakeholders to support the company's financial objectives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA, CPA, or equivalent certification is preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in financial management, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a senior finance or CFO role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong track record in financial analysis, strategic planning, and cost management, especially within manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) and experience analyzing cost flows in a production setting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work cross-functionally and drive financial excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
