Position: Finance Director

Department: Finance & Accounting

Report to: CEO

Subordinates: Accountant, Cost Accountant, Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Being a Strategic business partnering with CEO and all key management team of the company to deliver financial performance.
  • Lead and provide all key financial works to drive better company financial performance (P&L, Balance Sheet Cash Flow).
  • Full responsible for all financial reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead and ensure of all compliances / policies are fully followed by the team members.
  • Continuously develop and improve working process for the company to always update to the change of the business requirements.
  • Team working with TU SSC team to develop good compliance end to end business workflows from front to backend processes.
  • Plan and oversee the operations of the accounting and finance departments.

  • Manage internal and external audits and tax compliance (corporate income tax, withholding tax, VAT).
  • Administer short-term and long-term funding to support business operations and reduce financial costs.
  • Develop and update accounting policies in accordance with international standards (IFRS).
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders such as revenue department, auditors, and government agencies.
  • Provide accounting and tax consultation to the team and management.
  • Manage a team of 20–25 accounting and finance staffs including development.
  • Specific Review: Finance review, Inventory & Cost Control review, Sales & Promotions review, Vendor & Contract Management review
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years in team management.
  • Strong knowledge of tax regulations and public company compliance requirements.
  • Excellent financial analysis and management skills.
  • Proficient in ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
  • CPD qualification.
  • CPA qualification or IPO experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Thai.
  • Strong accounting background with expertise in financial reporting, auditing, and compliance.
  • Direct experience in cashflow management and budgeting.
  • Strong leadership, results-oriented, creative and flexible.
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of risk management.
