Job Description
- Provide overall leadership for the customer fund operations function, ensuring high performance across teams
- Manage customer fund activities across several countries while ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal standards
- Enhance operational efficiency and accuracy through process redesign, automation, and system improvements
- Serve as the key point of contact for group and regional finance partners to ensure smooth coordination
- Oversee risk management, internal controls, audits, and regulatory requirements related to fund operations
- Contribute strategic insights to senior leadership on operational structure, resourcing, and regional growth plans
- Develop, coach, and retain talent, promoting accountability and a continuous improvement mindset
The Successful Applicant
A successful Director, Customer Fund Operation should have:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related discipline
- Over 10 years of experience in financial operations, treasury, or fund management
- At least 4-5 years of proven people leadership experience, ideally with regional scope
- Strong command of customer fund operations, financial controls, and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English for professional communication
- Demonstrated success in driving operational enhancements and process efficiency
- Background in fintech or payment services is a strong advantage
