Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Executive Leadership:
    Define and execute the company's long-term vision and mission while aligning senior management to drive sustainable growth and a high-performance culture.
  • Operational Excellence & Efficiency:
    Oversee day-to-day business functions—including Warehouse, IT, and Credit Control—to streamline processes and ensure organizational performance meets set KPIs.
  • Financial Strategy & Profitability:
    Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes to improve profitability and assess the viability of new business ventures.
  • Financial Reporting & Internal Controls:
    Direct all accounting, audit, and financial reporting activities, ensuring strict compliance with global standards and the accuracy of internal management insights.
  • Treasury & Capital Management:
    Strategically manage liquidity, cash flow, and banking relationships to optimize working capital and oversee major CAPEX expenditures.
  • Governance, Compliance & Risk Mitigation:
    Enforce rigorous corporate governance and risk-management frameworks to protect the business from financial, legal, and operational liabilities.
  • Stakeholder Management & Team Mentorship:
    Build strong external partnerships with banks and auditors while leading and developing cross-functional teams in Finance, Accounting, and Operations.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Professional financial certification (CPA, ACCA, CFA) is an advantage.
  • 10+ years of experience in senior management as Finance Director is required.
  • Possesses a powerful blend of strategic vision and financial expertise, ensuring informed and effective operational decision-making.
  • Highly skilled in cross-functional communication and strategic negotiation, with a focus on building alignment among key stakeholders.
