Position: Facility Engineer Report to: Facility Manager Work location:SAM Precision (Thailand) Co., Ltd, Ban Bueng, Chonburi
Roles and responsibilities:
  • Supervises, plans and coordinates the activities of the facility maintenance department involving repairs to the building structure and facility equipment to ensure optimum service levels are maintained.
  • Plan, document, follow up and monitor the implementation of safety processes and procedures.
  • Monitoring the maintenance activities performed for front line support and oversight of work management.
  • Responsible for all preventive maintenance, breakdown, service all of facilities works (Machine & Building)
  • Electrical service for both the machinery/equipment and the facility.
  • Assist in new project expansion and assignment of installation works as required
  • Ensure good function all of machines and follow up with the contractor in case of special machine need.
  • Requests, schedules, and oversees the activities of various contractor working throughout the facility.
  • Ensure safety of machines, equipment's and conditions of working area.
  • Establishes preventive maintenance programs for new equipment and manages current preventive maintenance program.
  • Support Quality Standard (e.g., ISO9001 and etc.) which relates with facility, safety, and personnel.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred, or relevant field.

Experiences:

  • At least 3-6 years of progressively responsible facilities management experience that involved responsibility for building, electrical and wastewater treatment systems operations.

Skills:

  • Supervisory and project management experiences.
  • AutoCAD and 2D are required.
  • Good communication both in Thai and English
  • Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving skills including organizing and prioritizing skills to meet deadlines
  • Service minded

Working condition:

  • 5 working days: Monday - Friday.
