To support the company's business expansion in the new Thai market, we are seeking a Thai Customs Operation Specialist who can communicate in Chinese or English. You will independently be responsible for handling daily customs declaration and related document operations at Thai ports, ensuring the smooth, compliant, and timely customs clearance process for approximately 300 shipments per month. This is a key position that offers rapid growth opportunities and in-depth participation in building the new market from scratch.

Core Responsibilities
  1. Customs Clearance Execution: Independently take charge of the entire process of customs declaration and clearance for Thai import/export goods, ensuring accurate and compliant documents, and completing customs clearance for about 300 shipments per month on time.
  2. Document Preparation & Review: Accurately prepare, verify, and submit various documents required for customs clearance (such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.).
  3. Port Communication & Coordination: Act as the company's representative to conduct daily communication and coordination directly with local Thai customs authorities, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and transportation companies, and efficiently resolve problems arising during the customs clearance process.
  4. Information Tracking & Reporting: Real-time track the customs clearance status of goods, and promptly synchronize key node information and abnormal situations to the Chinese operation team or customers.
  5. Compliance & Learning: Proactively learn and comply with Thailand's latest customs laws and regulations, tax policies, and industry requirements to ensure all operations are legal and compliant.
Job Requirements
  1. Language Ability (Mandatory): Fluent in Thai, and able to conduct effective business communication (both written and oral) in Chinese (Mandarin) or English.

  2. Experience & Skills:

  3. 1-3 years of local Thai customs declaration or related cross-border logistics operation experience. Junior talents with a solid foundation and eagerness to take independent responsibilities are welcome.

  4. Familiar with Thai customs clearance processes, related documents, and basic regulations.
  5. Good computer operation skills and proficient in office software.

  6. Core Competencies:

  7. Independent Operation Ability: Under clear guidance, able to independently take charge of daily full-process operations and have basic problem-solving capabilities.

  8. Strong Sense of Responsibility: Meticulous and rigorous in work, with high requirements for the accuracy of documents and processes.
  9. Good Communication Willingness: Eager to take the initiative to communicate and able to act as a bridge between Sino-Thai business.
  10. Educational Background: College degree or above, major in International Trade, Logistics Management, Foreign Languages, or related fields is preferred.
