Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and improve internal customs processes to ensure full compliance with Thai Customs regulations and systems.
  • Monitor and resolve disputes, pending issues, or delays related to customs clearance.
  • Perform Permit Declarations and manage all shipping documentation in accordance with Thai regulations.
  • Handle customer escalations and expedite permit-related processes according to priority.
  • Lead and manage the Customs Team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Coordinate with appointed Customs Brokers and manage the Customs Portal, ensuring data and inventory accuracy.
  • Study, understand, and apply customs requirements, Free Zone licensing, and relevant FTAs.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Customs operations and Permit Declaration in Thailand.
  • Strong team leadership skills with the ability to manage performance and expectations.
  • Ability to prepare and manage import-export documentation and Permit Declarations.
  • Able to liaise effectively with carriers, forwarders, and logistics service providers.
  • Ensure billing activities are completed accurately and on time.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Good understanding of WMS systems and Customs Portal operations.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Holder of a Customs Specialist Certification or equivalent professional credential.
