1.Daily import and export customs clearance follow-up and coordination

2.HS Code classification and verification

3.Analysis of Thai import/export restrictions and license requirements based on HS Codes

4.Customs documentation review and submission to customs brokers for clearance arrangements

5.Development and optimization of Thai customs clearance procedures and risk control processes

6.Regular updates and interpretation of Thai customs regulations and policies

7.Support in customs audit preparation and response

8.Promotion and training of customs compliance requirements and related business processes for factories

9.Routine communication with customs authorities and relationship maintenance

Minimum Qualifications

1.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;

2.Customs declarer certificate;

3.Minimum 5 years' experience in the areas of customs, import/export, experience in home appliance industry is preferred;

4.Familiar with international trade, customs clearance process, processing trade manufacturing, HS classification and bonded goods management... etc.;

5.Fluent English and local language in both written and verbal, Chinese language is a huge plus.

6.Highly collaborative – ability to excel in a team environment;

Preferred Qualifications

1.3 Years' experience in the areas of customs, import/export, operations in bonded factory;

2.Certified as Customs Broker License;

  • 3.Experience in executing and ensuring trade compliance operations of Free Trade Agreement (FTA), Duty Draw Back and Free Trade Zone operations is a plus.
