About the Role

We're looking for a Visual Design Associate who is passionate about design, eager to learn, and excited to grow within a creative team. This role supports the design function across brand, marketing, and digital touchpoints, with hands-on exposure to real projects and mentorship from senior creatives.

What You'll Do (Job Scope)

  • Support the design team in creating visual assets across print and digital platforms
  • Assist in producing marketing collaterals such as posters, flyers, presentations, EDMs, and social media visuals
  • Prepare design files for production, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Make basic design amendments and layout updates based on feedback
  • Assist with simple video edits using Canva and CapCut (a plus)
  • Organise and maintain design assets and files
  • Stay curious and up-to-date with design trends, tools, and visual culture

What We're Looking For

  • Proficiency in English
  • Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome)
  • Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Basic video editing skills using Canva and/or CapCut is a plus
  • Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Positive attitude, open to feedback, and able to work collaboratively
