At Feedback180, we believe great data should lead to great decisions. As a Senior Data Visualization & BI Specialist at Feedback180, you will lead the design and development of interactive dashboards and reports that transform complex data into clear, actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and customer support data-driven decision-making, especially in projects related to Voice of Customer (VoC), Net Promoter Score (NPS), Social Listening, and Text Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and Gather Requirements -work with customers and internal teams to collect and clarify business needs for data analysis and reporting
  • Data Preparation and Management -extract, clean, and organize data from various sources (databases, APIs, flat files) to ensure quality and readiness for analysis.
  • Design and Develop Dashboards -build interactive and user-friendly dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent, presenting complex data into data visualization
  • Data Analysis and Storytelling -analyze data to identify trends and insights, and communicate findings through visual and verbal storytelling to both technical and non-technical
  • Ensure Data Quality and Accuracy -Implement processes to validate data integrity and maintain data accuracy in all visualizations and reports
  • Collaborate Across Teams -work with data engineers, analysts, and business users to understand data structures, ensure effective data integration, and deliver solutions that meet business goals
  • Support Data Strategy and Innovation -contribute to developing data visualization best practices, mentor junior team members and stay updated with the latest BI tools and trends

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in data visualization, business intelligence, or a related analytics role
  • Ability to translate business requirements into effective data solutions and actionable insights
  • Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
  • Experience with data modeling, database management, and ETL processes
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
