Key Responsibilities
1. Creative & Visual Design
  • Design marketing materials including brochures, product sheets, banners, posters, and event collaterals.
  • Create digital content such as social media graphics, landing page visuals, infographics, and email marketing images.
  • Develop presentation designs and pitch decks for the sales and leasing teams.
  • Create visual assets for leasing campaigns (e.g., equipment leasing promos, auto-leasing, corporate leasing services).
2. Branding & Corporate Identity
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design materials.
  • Update brand guidelines when necessary and ensure all internal teams adhere to design standards.
  • Help strengthen the company's corporate image through high-quality, professional design output.
3. Digital Marketing Support
  • Work with the digital team to produce visuals for social media ads, paid ads, and website updates.
  • Design UI elements and graphics for the company website or mobile leasing platform.
  • Assist in improving user experience through clear and attractive design layouts.
4. Cross-department Collaboration
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop campaign concepts.
  • Support the sales team with customized visuals for client proposals and leasing packages.
  • Work with product & operations teams to visualize complex leasing processes into simple, user-friendly graphics.
5. Content & Production
  • Edit and retouch photos for product listings and promotional materials.
  • Prepare files for printing and liaise with external vendors when needed.
  • Ensure all design outputs meet quality standards and deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (experience in finance, leasing, or corporate environments is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar design tools.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
  • Ability to design for both digital and print.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
