Job Summary:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who is not only creative but also highly skilled in production file preparation for offset printing. This role requires strong technical knowledge in CMYK color systems, pre-press, and layout setup to ensure perfect print output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and finalize artwork files for offset printing (ready-to-print files).
  • Lay out and adjust printing plates and production files accurately.
  • Check and verify artwork before printing, ensuring color accuracy and file integrity.
  • Work closely with production teams and printing houses to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality results.
  • Ensure all artworks comply with printing specifications and color standards.
  • Manage multiple projects with precision and meet production deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an offset printing house or related field.
  • Ability to create and lay plate files for actual offset print machines.
  • Strong understanding of CMYK color system, file checking, and color separation.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator (and other Adobe Creative Suite programs is a plus).
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and responsible — ensuring zero errors in print output.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills with production and print vendors.
