To design intuitive and visually engaging digital interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and usability. The role focuses on translating user needs and requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality UI/UX designs that support effective digital product development.

Responsibilities


•   Design user interfaces and contribute to user experiences for digital products through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.


•   Collaborate with the Section Head – Experience Design and cross-functional teams (Product, Developers, Business Analysts) to interpret requirements and translate them into user-centric designs.


•   Conduct basic user research, usability reviews, or feedback sessions to refine design outputs.


•   Ensure visual consistency and alignment with branding guidelines and design system standards.


•   Iterate design solutions based on feedback from stakeholders, users, and testing results.


•   Support continuous improvement of UI/UX design quality and contribute to building best practices within the Experience Design team.


•   Stay updated on emerging UX/UI trends, tools, and usability principles.

Requirement


•   Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or related fields.


•   1–3 years of experience in UX/UI design or equivalent, supported by a strong portfolio.


•   Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent.


•   Understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and usability fundamentals.


•   Good visual design skills with attention to detail.


•   Familiarity with responsive design, design systems, or mobile/web UI guidelines is preferred.


•   Basic understanding of user research or usability testing is an advantage.
