Job Overview

The Sales Lead Assistant will support sales, operations, and logistics functions for the Southeast Asia market. This role works closely with the Sales Lead to ensure smooth order execution, operational coordination, and logistics management for branded merchandise, promotional products, and customized goods across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Order Coordination

  • Assist the Sales Lead in order development, execution, and follow-up
  • Coordinate with domestic sales and purchasing teams to ensure accurate order processing
  • Support and monitor order progress through the OA system to ensure timely completion
  • Assist sales teams in meeting delivery timelines and order requirements for Southeast Asian markets

Operations & Logistics Oversight

  • Oversee daily operations related to order fulfillment, production coordination, and logistics flow
  • Coordinate with internal teams on production schedules, inventory readiness, and shipment planning
  • Support logistics processes including shipment tracking, delivery coordination, and issue resolution
  • Assist in ensuring smooth end-to-end operations from order confirmation to final delivery

Administrative & Office Support

  • Handle general office administrative tasks, including office supplies procurement
  • Coordinate product samples, sample collection, and showroom or display management
  • Support local operational needs and internal coordination for the Southeast Asia branch

Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a key communication bridge between domestic teams and Southeast Asia stakeholders
  • Maintain clear, timely, and professional daily communication across sales, operations, and logistics teams
  • Support cross-functional coordination to ensure operational efficiency and order accuracy

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the foreign trade industry
  • Practical experience in import and export operations
  • Knowledge of order management, operations coordination, or logistics processes
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); proficiency in Chinese is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills with clear, structured verbal and written expression
