Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-Commerce, key account management, or trade marketing, preferably in FMCG or retail.
A DAY IN THE LIFE...
- Lead end-to-end management of key Click & Mortar accounts, building strong relationships with buyers and digital teams.
- Identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights and shopper behavior analysis.
- Drive seamless integration between online and offline retail strategies to enhance the shopper journey.
- Monitor and manage account P&L, ensuring profitability and ROI on eCommerce investments.
- Track and analyze KPIs such as sales, traffic, conversion, market share and digital shelf score.
- Provide regular business reviews and actionable insights to internal stakeholders and retail partners.
- Coordinate with category teams, shopper marketing and offline commercial teams to align on strategy and execution.
ARE YOU A FIT?
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-Commerce, key account management, or trade marketing, preferably in FMCG or retail.
- Good in negotiation, communication, multitasking and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platform is preferable.
- Good in Microsoft Office included Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English and Thai.
