About Role:
Market & Competitor Research
- Explore how other companies build their HR software
- Learn from the best practices in HR tech and bring those ideas to the table
- Compare features between us and others
- Stay updated on trends in HR and tech
Understanding Customer Needs
- Chat with our Sales team to figure out what customers are really asking for
- Understand users' issues within their daily work
- Help map out user journeys and real-world use cases
- Support our design and dev teams by explaining the why behind user needs
Shaping Product Direction
- Bring fresh insights to help us plan where our product should go next
- Help build simple business cases for new ideas or features
About You
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or similar field
- Around 3 years of experience in tech or software-related roles
- Familiar with software development approaches (like Agile, Scrum, SDLC)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- A strong understanding of HR systems (HRIS) and processes, as well as some experience with UX/UI is preferred.
