Job Description

  • Outsourcing system analyst functional working instead of customer member
  • Analyzes business process issues and/or problems and provides solution to solve it
  • Co-work with developer or programmer to complete development application with scope and timeline
  • Develops a variety of applications, procedures, reports, scripts, and/or interfaces. Maintains a variety of records and/or documentation for assigned area of responsibility.
  • Prepare reports, manuals and software development documentation specification
  • Prepare documentation of user's requirements, test Case, Test Script
  • Support and coordinate for UAT on the issue solving
  • Support customer live run application

Qualification

  • At least Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineer, or a related field
  • Hands on experience with software development and documentation
  • Experienced in Spring boot framework
  • Experienced in Oracle Database
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • A good problem-solving attitude
  • Solid knowledge of business Banking, Collection System is a plus
