Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented System Analyst to lead requirement gathering, design system specifications, and support the full system development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience in scratch system development, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical teams and business stakeholders. This role collaborates closely with Project Managers and developers to ensure successful system implementation and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements and current process workflows.
  • Design To-Be operation flows, GUI, database structures, and system interfaces.
  • Prepare requirement specifications and design documentation.
  • Liaise with programmers and vendors to ensure understanding of system specifications.
  • Develop test cases, conduct system testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Assist Project Managers in project documentation and reporting.
  • Participate in PMO activities, project governance, and process improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a System Analyst in scratch system development.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in Thai and English.
  • Detail-oriented with a team-player mindset.
  • Experience in presales activities is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

  • Industry: Manufacturing.

  • Production Visualization System

  • Production Planning System
  • Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Procurement Management System
  • Quality Control (QC) Management System
  • Workflow Management System
  • IoT Solutions (machine connection, sensors, etc.)
