  • Serve as the main point of contact between the MD and staff/clients

. Document & Data Handling

  • Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and spreadsheets
  • Maintain confidential files and company documents
  • Ensure timely submission of departmental reports to the MD

. Coordination & Liaison

  • Coordinate with department heads and teams for updates
  • Follow up on tasks assigned by the MD and report progress
  • Facilitate communication between the MD and external stakeholders

. Operational Support

  • Manage office supplies, logistics, and administrative tasks
  • Organize company events, board meetings, and conferences
  • Support HR or finance tasks depending on organization needs

. Confidentiality & Professionalism

  • Handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Maintain professionalism in all interactions
  • Uphold the MD's expectations and represent the office appropriately

. Decision Support

  • Prioritize issues for the MD
  • Provide reminders and briefings before meetings
  • Help with research or background information for decision-making

. Travel & Itinerary Management

  • Book flights, accommodation, transportation
  • Prepare detailed travel itineraries
  • Coordinate visa applications if needed
