Assistant Flight Dispatcher

The Assistant Flight Dispatcher reports to the Head of Ground and Dispatch. Your main role is to take care of all the operational aspects and ground services of each flight and also responsible for communicating any potential issues to the Head of Ground and Dispatch on a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of crew briefings and keeping crews updated 24/7
- Update FL3XX in order to guarantee smooth communication with Sales
- Planning and Operational Control
- Arrange handling service and airport slots for all flights as required
- Liaising with external providers (handling agents, FBOs, fuel suppliers, Civil Aviation Authorities, Customs and other related ) concerning any ground services arrangements or operational requirements.
- Requesting overflight and landing permits for all flights as required
- Provide most accurate and actual information on status of flights during the planning stage (e.g. airport slots, permissions) and keep the FL3XX system updated
- Ensure that all of the above is fulfilled efficiently, always within the safety limitations and with the customer's satisfaction in mind at all times.
Qualifications;
- A Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Flight Operations, or a related field is an advantage.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in flight operations.
- Excellent command of English with a minimum TOEIC score of 700.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule.
- Proficient in computer usage, including advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Must be able to work 100% on-site.
Remark: This position is exclusively open to Thai nationals.
