About the Role
Double A Public Company Limited is seeking an experienced Export Order Handling Officer to join our team. In this full-time role, you will coordinate export orders, manage shipment processes, and ensure all export documentation and logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently to meet customer and company objectives.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate and acknowledge purchase orders from international customers or agents through professional correspondence to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
- Verify all details pertaining to product specifications, quantities, pricing, sales terms, and payment conditions prior to order confirmation.
- Prepare, review, and ensure the completeness and accuracy of all export-related documentation, including Proforma Invoices, Shipping Advices, and associated shipping documents.
- Monitor and track order progress while liaising closely with the production planning team to ensure adherence to delivery schedules.
- Follow up on payment collections in accordance with the agreed payment terms to ensure full settlement prior to shipment dispatch.
- Manage vessel and truck bookings in coordination with the Freight Center and confirm shipment arrangements through verified Booking Confirmations.
- Ensure consistency and alignment among Proforma Invoices, Booking Confirmations, and Shipping Advices before release.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive Order and Shipment Monitoring Reports on a weekly basis to the Export Order Handling Manager.
- Participate in regular coordination meetings with relevant internal departments to support operational alignment and performance improvement.
- Execute any additional duties as assigned by the Export Order Handling Manager in support of export operations.
- Comply with all established Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Safety Standards as defined by the company's management system.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Export, Supply Chain, or Logistics Coordination (new graduates with strong internship experience are also welcome).
- TOEIC score of 600 or above is required.
- Good knowledge of export procedures, shipping documentation, and Incoterms.
- Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken) for international correspondence.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with ERP/SAP systems is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks under time pressure.
