Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and learn how to identify ideal candidate profiles.
  • Support interview scheduling and participate in interviews to gain experience in assessing technical and cultural fit to ensure a positive experience.
  • Help manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Contribute to building a pipeline of diverse, high-potential candidates.
  • Learn to use AI-powered recruitment tools for resume screening, candidate matching, and interview scheduling.
  • Prepare simple recruitment reports and assist with data entry.
  • Assist with onboarding, including preparing equipment and IT accessories (basic IT support).

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn technical recruiting and stay updated on tech industry trends.
  • Interest in AI tools for recruitment and willingness to learn how to leverage them effectively.
