As the Regional Talent Acquisition Partner for Thailand, you will operate as a key member of the TA function. This role is critical to scaling DayOne's Thailand operations. You will be the strategic advisor to business leaders and hiring managers, driving proactive talent pipelines, delivering a best-in-class hiring experience, and ensuring operational excellence across a high-growth, high-volume environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Strategic Talent Partnering

• Serve as the dedicated TA partner for one Delivery business unit, providing insights, market intelligence, and workforce planning support.

• Build strong advisory relationships with local and regional stakeholders across Delivery, Construction, DC Operations, Engineering, EHS, Corporate, and other emerging units.

• Operate in a dual firm-line (business unit) and dotted-line (general Thailand hiring) capacity.

End-to-End Recruiting Excellence

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle—intake, job design, sourcing, assessment, stakeholder management, offer negotiation, and closing.

• Enhance hiring manager capability through coaching, structured interviews, and assessment best practices.

• Manage high-volume hiring with strong process discipline and candidate experience.

Sourcing & Pipeline Development

• Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines for niche and high-demand roles.

• Partner with the global Attract Team on campaigns, job design, EVP localisation, and market visibility.

• Use advanced sourcing tools and channels to find top talent in competitive markets.

• Act as a brand ambassador for DayOne in Thailand's talent market.

Insights & Market Intelligence

• Provide real-time insights on talent supply, salary benchmarks, competitor activity, and hiring feasibility.

• Use Workday data and dashboards to influence decision-making and prioritisation.

Operational Excellence & Workday Ownership

• Maintain accurate recruitment data in Workday and uphold strong governance standards.

• Partner with TA Ops & Insights to improve reporting, analytics, and process efficiency.

Vendor Management

• Manage local recruitment agencies with clear performance expectations and alignment to DayOne standards.

• Support commercial negotiation and vendor selection where required.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5–8+ years of TA experience, ideally in engineering, construction, technology, or digital infrastructure industries.

• Strong hands-on sourcing expertise and success hiring in competitive technical markets.

• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decision-making.

• Experience hiring for multiple business units simultaneously, ideally with matrix or dual-reporting environments.

• Comfort operating in a high-growth, high-change, fast-paced scale-up environment.

• Strong Workday or ATS experience, with a data-driven approach.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Thai.
