Job Responsibilities

Job purpose

  • Oversee the administration and execution of the recruitment process, ensuring the company attracts and hires top talents.
  • Manage and implement employee development programs to enhance workforce skills and career development.
  • Assist management in developing and refining salary structures, compensation, and benefits plans to ensure competitiveness, fairness and ensure alignment within TBSC 4GCs.
  • Support the design and implementation of employee recognition programs to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Oversee workplace safety, health, and security programs to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Ensure HR operations run effectively to support business objectives.

Main responsibility

  • Provide timely support and responses to management to achieve business goals.
  • Oversee manpower planning to ensure adequate staffing across all departments.
  • Advise and collaborate with line managers to address HR issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Manage HR-related budgets and expenses to maximize efficiency.
  • Oversee key HR functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits and employee development training.
  • Monitor and analyze labor costs including overtime to optimize workforce efficiency.
  • Supervise and guide team members to enhance performance and effectiveness.
  • Manage annual HR budget in alignment with company goals and policies.
  • Support regional projects assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management, including recruitment, training, compensation, and benefits.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and compensation & benefits management.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (minimum TOEIC score 800)
  • Ability to collaborate with management and employees to drive HR initiatives effectively.
