Business Development Manager-Strategic Accounts & Data Services

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies across local and international markets to expand Clinixir's client base and service adoption.
  • Strengthen client engagement through strategic relationship management, with the goal of securing new business, deepening partnerships, and achieving long-term growth.
  • Lead the full business development lifecycle—from identifying opportunities and initiating client contact to managing proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure that service offerings are aligned with client needs and delivered with excellence.
  • Promote Clinixir's full range of services, including clinical research, regulatory support, and data-driven solutions, to enhance value delivery and market competitiveness.
  • Represent the company in key industry forums, conferences, and stakeholder meetings to elevate brand visibility and build strategic alliances.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing strategies that reinforce brand positioning and generate business leads.
  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and guide strategic decision-making.
  • Uphold a client-centric mindset with proactive communication, responsiveness, and a strong commitment to delivering quality and value

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Public Health, Marketing, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, client engagement, or key account management in the clinical research, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sector.
  • Proven ability to manage both local and international accounts, including proposal management, strategic presentations, and stakeholder negotiations.
  • Strong experience in promoting complex or emerging services (e.g., data-driven platforms, consulting, or advisory services) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic relationship-building skills with senior medical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration with operations, regulatory, and legal functions.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent opportunities.
  • Fluent in Thai; professional English proficiency (written and spoken) required for global client interaction and proposal writing
