Job Description:

  • Develop and improve machinery to enhance the efficiency and safety of tools and equipment.
  • Prepare equipment, tools, and machines for new product or new model production.
  • Organize and assign work groups for subordinates appropriately.
  • Assign tasks and monitor subordinates' performance to ensure alignment with departmental goals and policies.
  • Supervise subordinates to ensure proper conduct in accordance with company and departmental regulations.
  • Attend meetings to receive policies and work plans and report work performance to supervisors for implementation.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure clear understanding and smooth collaboration.
  • Coordinate with vendors to maintain good communication and effective working relationships.
  • Provide guidance and technical support to subordinates.
  • Review and evaluate disciplinary actions and rewards for subordinates.
  • Review subordinates' performance evaluations.
  • Conduct meetings with subordinates to communicate goals and work procedures.
  • Control expenses related to the preparation of tools, equipment, and machinery.
  • Plan and implement development programs for subordinates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, majoring in Electronics Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical and technical drawings.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in machine repair and maintenance.
  • Good understanding of work control, task allocation, and workflow management.

  • Required to complete the following training courses:

  • Mechanical drawing and blueprint reading

  • FX-Series
  • A-Series Advance
  • Servo Motor
  • Supervisory Tech
