Job Description:

  • Plan and carry out scheduled maintenance activities.
  • Plan and allocate manpower effectively to align with machinery requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures during maintenance activities.
  • Diagnose faults and respond promptly to major machine breakdowns.
  • Manage and control inventory and procurement of spare parts, consumables, and tools.
  • Supervise engineers and technicians to ensure effective maintenance operations.
  • Participate in and support cost reduction initiatives, continuous improvement activities, and Quality Management Systems.
  • Establish and monitor maintenance KPIs to evaluate performance and progress.
  • Take an active role in implementing preventive, predictive, and other maintenance programs to enhance machine reliability.
  • Train technicians in operation and maintenance procedures to improve technical skills.
  • Prepare and report maintenance results to related departments, department managers, and division managers.Support safety, ISO, and 5S systems within the department and division to achieve company targets.

Training programs for new employees after start working :

  • Program, modify, and maintain PLC/HMI using GX Works2/3, GT Designer, and SFC.
  • Maintain machine communication (Ethernet, RS-485, Modbus) and integrate with IoT/SCADA.
  • Diagnose and repair sensors, actuators, wiring, and control systems.
  • Maintain/update electrical schematics, PLC, HMI, and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering  Major: Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering
  • Experience: 0–3 years of experience in a Machine Maintenance–related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • English Skills: Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and 2D/3D CAD
  • Special Skills: Basic knowledge of PLC programming and Robotics
