Job Description:

·      Providing guidance and support to teams and business partners, promoting a customer-centric approach and effective consulting service delivery.

·      Enabling teams to develop and strengthen skills and abilities. This, in turn, helps the team achieve their objectives, manage challenges in the workplace, establish good governance, and contribute to organizational growth more effectively.

·      Conduct business needs analysis and identify key business challenges.

·      Identify improvement opportunities to achieve clients' desired business outcomes, Manage risk, quality, timeline, and budget of the SuccessFactors implementation.

·      Evaluate the IT strategy for alignment with the organization's strategies and objectives.

·      Define to-be stage of processes, procedures, organizations, capabilities, solution application requirement and performance measurements.

Qualifications:

·      Master's degree in Engineering, Information System Management, or related fields.

· – 10 years' experience in consulting and/or IT Consulting Experience Projects.

·      Experience developing Metadata Data Management Data Privacy or Audit IT area of IT Governance, Enterprise Architecture, Data Governance, Information Security Management System, IT Risk and BCM/BCP.

·      Experience in Evaluate business performance, strategic, action, and integrated plans.

·      Experience with technology business strategy, transformational programs Banking/Financial and Governance Industry experience would be a plus.

·      Ability to design and drive changes for business process re-engineering and organizational change.

·      Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, data-oriented approach to problem-solving

·      Strong client service mind-set with good project management skills.

·      Can lead, work independently as well as play a key role in a team.
