Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

• Collaborate with house and imported brands to design and develop trays, displays, fixtures, and artwork tailored to store spaces.

• Adjust dimensions and specifications to fit shelves and store layouts across branches.

• Coordinate with suppliers to create prototypes, manage production, and ensure quality control.

Store Displays and Fixtures:

• Review and provide guidance to brands regarding display cabinets and activity areas to ensure compliance with company guidelines.

• Adjust and adapt brand-provided media to fit specific store requirements while maintaining visual standards.

• Design custom fixtures that go beyond standard shelving, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Campaign and Event Execution:

• Allocate and design special in-store areas for campaigns, ensuring creative and design visuals for campaign-related fixtures and displays to attract customer attention and align with marketing goals.

Project Management:

• Develop and manage production and delivery timelines to ensure all materials and fixtures are ready for timely setup.

• Work closely with suppliers, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Fine Arts, Fashion, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design software: SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Time management skills to meet production and delivery deadlines.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams, brands, and suppliers.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to design custom fixtures and campaign visuals.
