Sale Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Sale Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Melco Logistics (Thailand) Co., Ltd. in our Bangkok, As a Sale Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and supporting our sales team, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, where you can leverage your sales expertise to make a tangible impact.

What you'll be doing

1.    Supervise sales operations of sales team.

2.    Follow-up leads and analyse sales performance and Implement strategies to sell our total logistics services.

3.    Build new customer base to maximize sales, Retain existing customers by provide prompt customer services.

4.    Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to drive sales growth

5.    Supervise and oversee the maintenance of customer database.

6.    Compromise and solve problem for customers and subordinate.

7.    Analyze field reports and prepare sales documents ,Analyze competitor pricing proposals and sales strategies

8.    Follow up weekly and monthly data and report job status and consult problems timely to manager.Contribute to the development and implementation of sales policies, procedures and best practices

9.    Develop department activities in order to achieve department target and company policy.

What we're looking for

1.    Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or customer service preferably within the logistics or transportation industry of freight forwarder, import-export, warehousing and distribution.

2.    Proven track record of leading and motivating sales teams to achieve their targets

3.    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

4.    Good command in English. Able to communicate in Japanese is an advantage.

5.    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions

6.    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

7.    Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
