Job Description for Sales Supervisor Position

·       Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

·       Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.

·       Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

·       Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients.

·       Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

·       Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports.

·       Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies.

·       Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.

·       Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate records of interactions.

·       Engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend products or services to maximize sales opportunities.

·       Prepare sales materials, quotations, and presentations as needed.

·       Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and company offerings to provide accurate information and enhance customer satisfaction.

·       Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets while upholding company policies and brand standards.

·       Follow up on leads and close deals independently as skills develop.

·       Liaise between the sales team, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

·       Relay customer feedback to improve products/services.

·       Research local market trends and competitor activities.

·       Suggest innovative strategies to enhance sales outreach.

·       Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly.

·       Process and track sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
