Job Responsibilities:

  • Visit and follow up with customers, develop sales strategies to drive sales performance for coffee, syrup, and coffee machine product groups to B2B customers such as hotels, restaurants, and cafés.
  • Manage the existing customer portfolio, maintain good relationships with current customers and potential new customers, and expand the customer base in related markets.
  • Analyze customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, as well as other required reports, for the Sales Manager to monitor market situations.
  • Regularly monitor and report on market information, including competitor activities and product performance.
  • Follow up on customer payments, provide after-sales service, and ensure continuous customer engagement.
  • Participate in preparing annual sales plans, targets, and budgets in line with the company's business strategy.
  • Achieve the sales target set by the company.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Age between 28–45 years (male or female).
  • Graduated in Management, Marketing, or other related fields.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales (HORECA, Hotel, B2B). Candidates with experience or knowledge in FMCG or coffee-related business will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Good analytical skills regarding customers and competitors.
  • Positive working attitude, proactive, confident in sales, goal-oriented, with good interpersonal skills, honesty, and responsibility.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
  • Honest, responsible, and able to work flexible hours.
  • Must have own vehicle (car or motorcycle) with a valid driving license and be familiar with routes in Phuket and the southern region.
