Yacht Sales Broker
– Full Time Position in Phuket (Asia Marine)

Asiamarine is seeking a proactive and high-performing Sales Broker to join our team in Phuket.

This is a full-time, on-site role with responsibility across Thailand, with a primary focus on Phuket

and the southern region.

Role Overview

The Sales Broker will report directly to the Commercial Director (with a dotted line to the Country Manager) and will be responsible for the full sales cycle:

• Selling new and pre-owned yachts

• Sourcing and listing brokerage boats

• Managing existing listings and responding to inquiries

• Handling client visits, sea trials, and negotiations

• Supporting clients through to final delivery

• Maintaining long-term client relationships

• Representing Asia Marine during boat shows and client events in Thailand

This is not an administrative role. We are looking for someone proactive, confident,

and commercially driven who enjoys being on the marina, meeting clients, and creating opportunities.

Profile We Are Looking For

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience

• Background in yachting preferred, but experience in luxury automotive, real

estate, private aviation, or high-end hospitality will be considered

• Strong negotiation skills and proven closing ability

• Comfortable building and managing a sales pipeline

• Able to work independently while being part of a close-knit team

• Excellent relationship-building skills

• Strong presentation and communication abilities

• Fluent English required

• Genuine interest in yachting; technical knowledge is a plus but not mandatory
