Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Media Planner at Kray Bkk. The Media Planner will be responsible for developing media and campaign strategies based on market insights, target audience behavior, and client objectives. The role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to create strategic plans, translate insights into clear briefs, and monitor campaign performance to optimize future strategies. Some of the work can be done remotely, providing flexibility for the role.

Responsibility

  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and target audience behaviors to inform campaign strategies.
  • Create brand strategies and campaign concepts aligned with client objectives and target audience needs.
  • Develop clear and actionable creative briefs for internal teams, ensuring they reflect strategic insights and campaign goals.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for future strategy improvements.
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure strategic alignment and understand evolving needs.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in strategic planning, brand strategy, or marketing strategy.
  • Strong understanding of consumer insights, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Ability to develop brand strategies, campaign ideas, and clear creative briefs.
  • Basic knowledge of digital campaign performance metrics and performance analysis.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and clients.
