As the Safety & Security Manager (SSM) at AC Aviation Co., Ltd., you will be entrusted with safeguarding elite VVIP aviation operations at the highest professional standards. You will work closely with senior management and flight operations to drive continuous improvement, influence company-wide safety culture, and ensure full compliance with aviation regulations. Qualifications

1. A degree in engineering or a related technical discipline (e.g., aeronautical, mechanical, electrical,

electronic, avionics), or a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, covering a combination

of responsibilities related to aircraft maintenance and/or continuing airworthiness management.

1. A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in the management of Safety Management

Systems.

1. At least two (2) years of direct experience in the aeronautical industry specifically within Safety

Management Systems.

1. Practical experience and expertise in the application of aviation compliance standards and the

implementation of safe operating practices.

1. A comprehensive knowledge of the following:

a. All relevant CAAT regulations.

b. ICAO safety-related documents and guidelines.

Safety Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the overall Safety Review and Safety Training for ACA employees;

2. Demonstrates an excellent safety behavior and attitude, follows regulatory practices and rules,

recognizes and reports hazards and promotes effective safety reporting;

1. Promotes an organizational culture that fosters exemplary safety practices through effective

leadership;

1. Provides information regarding safety issues to the organization's staff, contractors and

stakeholders;

1. Assists in the continuous improvement of the hazard identification and safety risk assessment

processes and the organization's Safety Management System;

1. Responsible for disseminating ACA Safety Information to all departments;

2. Responsible for developing a Company Safety, Policies and Procedures that are required to

maintain the highest levels of safety at all times throughout the entire company;

1. Preparing and maintaining copies of all key management quality processes that include the

following:

a. Audits; b. Inspections; c. Findings; d. Compliance review board meetings; e. Corrective actions;

1. Advising and assisting department managers in the development and implementation of the

Company's Safety Management System program for their specific department;

1. Assisting department managers with the collection and evaluation of information that is gathered

through the ACA non-punitive reporting system;

1. Responsible for conducting safety inspections and audits on all ACA departments and operating

staff;

1. Responsible for reviewing all Occurrence and Accident Reports with the Director of Flight

Operations, Chief Pilot, Director of Engineering, Director of Ground Operations and with the

Compliance Monitoring Manager;

1. Recommending appropriate accident prevention actions and strategies to the CEO;

2. Responsible for assembling Safety Training literature from other organizations, incident and

accident reporting agencies and disseminating anything that is relevant to department managers

and or employees;

1. Responsible for maintaining an update Safety Information Library;

2. Developing and conducting in house safety training for all operational ground support employees;

3. Ensuring that appropriate safety issues are addressed during all phases of an employee's initial

and recurrent training;

1. Responsible for keeping abreast of current changes within the aviation industry concerning safety

issues, operations, regulatory requirements, operational and other matters relevant to the

Company;

1. Responsible for organizing SRB and SAG meeting agenda; and

2. Other duties as assigned by the CEO;

Security Responsibilities

1. To maintain the security of operations of AC Aviation, staff and properties.

2. To develop company-wide security standards and practice.

3. To inform and advise AC Aviation Management of pertinent security matters.

4. To promote security awareness and vigilance within AC Aviation organization.

5. To conduct an initial and comprehensive survey of ACA facilities, equipment and activities in order

to determine security needs and assess likely threats

1. To develop the AC Aviation Security Program to correct deficiencies as necessary, and to comply

with National Civil Aviation Security Program (NCASP).

1. To ensure continuing effectiveness of AC Aviation Security Program through regular evaluations

and inspections and the application of aviation security quality control Program.

1. To ensure the AC Aviation Security Program is current and has been endorsed by Accountable

Manager and submitted to the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) for verification and

approval.

1. To ensure an effective risk analysis, threat assessment and response capability.

2. To Maintain a record of all unauthorized weapons or suspect explosive devices detected on the AC

Aviation aircraft or on property.

1. To report all actual or suspected acts of unlawful interference with aircraft operations to the

appropriate authority.
