Our client, a respected and rapidly growing provider of industrial chains and lifting solutions across Southeast Asia, is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to strengthen and expand their presence in Thailand. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional who thrives in a technical sales environment and enjoys building long-term customer partnerships.
As the Sales Manager you will take full responsibility for the development of the Thai market. You will be the primary point of contact for distributors, industrial customers, and key accounts, ensuring our clients' products maintain a strong and trusted position in the market.
This role requires strategic thinking, strong technical understanding, and hands-on sales execution. You will have the freedom to shape the market approach while receiving support from an experienced regional team.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and market development
- Manage existing distributors while identifying new distribution and partnership opportunities
- Conduct customer visits, site inspections, and product presentations
- Monitor competitor activity and provide regular market intelligence
- Prepare and deliver quarterly sales plans and performance reports
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional follow-up and timely support
- Coordinate with regional product specialists to provide technical advice and solutions
- Represent the company in conferences, trade exhibitions, and industry networking events
- Manage RFQs, POs, and oversee the order process to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial sales (chains, lifting equipment, mechanical components, MRO products, or similar technical fields preferred)
- Strong network within Thai industrial sectors such as manufacturing, construction, logistics, cement and other related sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, hands-on, and results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently with strong discipline and accountability
- Fluent Thai and good English (spoken and written)
- Strong presentation and reporting skills
- Willingness to travel frequently across Thailand
