About the role

The Sr. Sales Executive (IT Solution) is responsible for driving project-based sales of IT solutions, from identifying customer needs to closing deals and managing client relationships. The role involves working closely with technical and project teams to deliver tailored IT solutions that meet customer requirements. This position plays a key role in expanding business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and ensuring successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  1. Identifying and prospecting new clients for the company's IT solutions
  2. Conducting sales presentations and demonstrations to effectively showcase the features and benefits of the products
  3. Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals with potential customers
  4. Providing post-sales support and managing existing client relationships
  5. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales and promotional strategies
  6. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in the pre and post-sales domain
  2. Proven track record of successfully selling IT solutions and services to businesses
  3. Strong technical understanding of IT products and ability to communicate complex information effectively
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
  6. Passionate about technology and the IT industry
