About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager with a strong background in aesthetic skin and surgical clinic operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading the team, improving sales performance, and ensuring excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall clinic operations, staff, and daily workflow.
  • Supervise consultation, treatment coordination, and front-office service.
  • Work closely with doctors to plan sales, promotions, and treatment targets.
  • Analyze performance data, improve conversion rates, and manage KPIs.
  • Ensure clinic compliance with medical and health regulations.
  • Service customers and handle the problem
  • Procurement of efficiency-related equipment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Healthcare, Nurse or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in clinic management (skin / surgical).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and sales management skills.
  • Service-minded with excellent organizational skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and achieve business goals.
