Roles and Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy Planning and Execution

  • Support the development of short-term and long-term marketing plans
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior for strategic planning
  • Monitor and ensure marketing activities are executed according to plan and objectives

2. Brand and Corporate Image Management (Brand Management)

  • Ensure brand communication aligns with the company's products
  • Coordinate brand communication across both online and offline channels
  • Plan PR activities and maintain relationships with media across various platforms

3. Digital Marketing Management

  • Plan and manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Review and analyze campaign performance and present reports to MD and Manager
  • Oversee content scheduling and content posting activities

4. Campaign and Project Management

  • Plan, manage, and monitor marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners such as agencies and influencers

5. Marketing Department Support

  • Prepare reports and present them to MD and Manager
  • Provide support to the Marketing Manager
  • Provide support to the marketing team and other internal departments
  • Assist in comparing product prices and gathering relevant marketing information

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, social media, and other relevant marketing fields
  • Creative, analytical, and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in computer usage with good command of English (both spoken and written)
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing (experience as Senior Marketing is an advantage)
  • Experience in Aesthetics products, beauty industry, cosmetics, or aesthetic clinics is a strong advantage
