Position: Client Success Associate (English Speaking)

Location: Panjit Tower Thonglor - 800m from BTS

Working Hours: Must be able to work in shifts (8 hours a day and 5 days a week)

Compensation: Base salary 20-22K + monthly performance bonus up to THB 4,000

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, supporting clients, and troubleshooting issues as needed and handling incoming customer requests in a friendly, empathic and effective manner
  • Ensure all records are accurately updated in the CRM system with strong attention to detail
  • Coordinating with other departments, such as sales, HR, and technical support, to resolve client requests efficiently
  • Work closely with the Client Success Manager and other team members to align outreach efforts with overall client success strategies

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizing skills
  • At least Bachelor's degree in any fields
  • Very good written and spoken English and Thai
  • High attention to detail, well organized, with a sense of urgency and a drive to get things done
  • Previous work experience in real estate, in hospitality, or in sales is advantageous
  • Available and flexible to work in an assigned shift
