Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the position of Client Associate located in Bangkok. The Client Associate will be responsible for managing and supporting client accounts, maintaining quality customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing client data, assisting in achieving sales targets, supporting financial processes, and delivering effective communication with clients and internal teams. The role requires collaboration with various departments to fulfill client needs efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Client Services and a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with teams and clients.
  • Knowledge and experience in Finance and Sales to support account management and achieve business objectives.
  • Good organizational and time management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as Microsoft Office is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on quality delivery.
  • Experience in the brand protection or mystery shopping industry is advantageous but not required.
