Job Overview:
Drive market analysis and business development strategies for air conditioners and related HVAC solutions (Chillers, Hot Water Systems) across Asia. Identify growth opportunities, monitor market trends, and shape innovative strategies to expand regional market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Marketing of Applied Products in Asia
Analyze market and customer insights to develop impactful marketing strategies for air conditioners, chillers, and related HVAC solutions.
Engage Directly with Customers & Markets
Visit project sites and clients to understand needs, challenges, and gather competitive intelligence.
Shape Market & Product Development Strategies
Conduct in-depth market analysis (3C, PEST, SWOT, 4P, 5F, etc.) to design growth strategies and plan future product development.
Represent the Company in the Industry
Participate in industry associations (e.g., FTI), exchange key market insights, and collaborate with ministries and government agencies to influence standards and policies.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in marketing and sales strategy development for air conditioners and applied HVAC products (e.g., chillers, hot water systems).
- Proven track record in customer engagement, solution proposals, and sales execution.
- Experience representing companies in industry associations, engaging in information exchange, and negotiating with ministries or government agencies.
Personality & Skills:
Flexible, strategic thinker with strong curiosity for technical innovation.
- Positive, proactive, and honest approach to challenges.
- Highly collaborative, able to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
Language:
Strong English communication skills (TOEIC 700+ or equivalent)
