As we expand our delivery capabilities, were seeking a Project Manager to lead high-impact digital and IT projects for government and enterprise clients. This role is perfect for someone ready to take ownership of delivery outcomes, ensure compliance with Thai government standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Bangkok and Vietnam.

Your leadership will help shape how we deliver secure, scalable, and innovative solutions that power Thailand's digital future.

What You'll Own

Project Delivery & Execution

  • Lead the planning and execution of IT and digital projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Bangkok and Vietnam to ensure timely delivery.
  • Oversee environment coordination (development, staging, production) on AWS/Azure.

Stakeholder Engagement & Compliance

  • Act as the primary liaison for government stakeholders and enterprise clients.
  • Ensure compliance with PDPA and other regulatory requirements.
  • Support business development by attending client meetings and identifying new opportunities.

Risk & Performance Management

  • Define and track project success metrics.
  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Escalate critical issues to senior leadership with actionable recommendations.

What You Bring

Core Competencies

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in an Agile environment.
  • Skilled in timeline management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and basic coding concepts , Python, or frontend frameworks).

Industry & Client Exposure

  • Experience working with government agencies or enterprise-level IT projects.
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks and security standards.

Language Skills

  • We value diversity and are open to foreign candidates who can communicate effectively in Thai.
  • Vietnamese fluency is a strong advantage.

  • Agile certifications (CAPM, CSM).
  • Exposure to AI/Data concepts.
