Responsibilities


• Collaborate with the Marketing team (Product Managers) and internal departments to develop strategies for presenting IT products and solutions.


• Engage with customers, provide product consultations, and build long-term business relationships.


• Prepare and present quotations, and negotiate terms with assigned clients.


• Prepare related documents such as purchase orders and follow through the process to completion.


• Update sales activities and project status in the system to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.


• Analyze sales performance and develop strategies to achieve targets and explore new business opportunities.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.


• 1–3 years of experience in sales, tele-sales, or customer service — preferably in the IT, technology, or B2B sector.


• Basic understanding of IT products, software, or technology solutions (training will be provided).


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.


• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.


• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.


• Good command of English (both written and spoken) is a plus.
