We provide end-to-end e-commerce solutions—from strategy and content creation to live selling and performance marketing—primarily across TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada. In just one year, we've scaled from 20 to 200 people, partnering with top local and global brands to shape the future of how products are discovered and sold online.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate with internal teams and brand partners to execute e-commerce campaigns and store activities
  • Manage day-to-day store operations: graphic briefs, banner uploads, campaign submissions
  • Plan promotions and analyze campaign performance: sales, traffic, conversion, and funnel
  • Prepare joint business plans and lead weekly/monthly/quarterly review meetings
  • Manage day-to-day store operations: graphic briefs, banner uploads, campaign submissions
  • Generate reports and actionable insights for internal and external teams
  • Participate in or lead cross-functional projects
  • Lead or participate in ad-hoc cross-functional projects

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 3+ year experience in account management, e-commerce, or sales & marketing roles
  • Strong Excel and data skills
  • Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Good English communication (reading/writing)
