Your day as a Customer Service
This position is responsible to be contact channel with customers also prompt to support customer after received require communicate activities related to customer service function coordinate with Production and both external and internal customers on matters to ensure that all orders are handled with utmost importance to meet lead time to finished goods and delivery.
To do so, you will be in charge of:
■ Daily monitor volumes and follow up to ensure actual order placement are achieved volume per plan
■ Carried out the requirement of customers
■ Follow up production for customer's order.
■ Ensure the service rate for the customer's area in target.
■ Prepare weekly and monthly KPI.
■ Prepare Order Status Report.
■ Prepare the Daily report as customer requirement.
■ Monthly statement provide to customers
■ Communicate closely with Lab Technical Support team for smooth system operation.
■ Ensure that the Company Health, Safety and Environment policy as well as relevant safety legislation are observed and followed.
■ Promote Essilor's corporate culture and values.
■ Undertake other duties as appropriate within his/her competence, as required by superior occasionally.
What do we ask from you?
Required Qualifications
■ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
■ Fresh graduates are welcome / 0-2 years of experience in customer service functions from multi-national companies.
■ Good at English both writing and speaking.
■ Good at communication and problem-solving skills.
■ Knowledge of custom regulations and shipment processes will be an advantage.
