Sales Director

to lead our commercial growth in Southeast Asia and beyond. This is a pivotal leadership role that will directly shape the future of our sales strategy, client portfolio, and revenue trajectory.

The Role

As
Sales Director

, you will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that accelerates growth and strengthens our market leadership. You will lead the end-to-end sales function,  from strategy and pipeline generation to deal execution and client retention, while building a high-performing team and fostering strategic partnerships with top-tier global clients.

You will report directly to the executive leadership team and collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and impact delivery teams to ensure we achieve ambitious revenue targets while advancing our mission.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Develop, own, and execute a scalable sales strategy aligned with company growth goals and impact objectives.

  • Identify and prioritise high-value market segments, verticals, and geographic opportunities to maximise revenue.

  • Provide thought leadership on pricing strategies, product-market fit, and go-to-market approaches.

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Drive the full sales lifecycle from lead generation and qualification through to negotiation and deal closure.

  • Proactively identify and pursue enterprise-level partnership opportunities across corporate sustainability, ESG, FMCG, logistics, and related sectors.

  • Expand and diversify the client portfolio, focusing on long-term, high-value relationships with global and regional organisations.

Team Building & Performance Management

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team with a strong culture of accountability and excellence.

  • Set and monitor clear KPIs and performance targets for the global sales team, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue goals.

  • Foster a collaborative, learning-oriented sales culture focused on continuous improvement and innovation.

Client Partnership & Account Expansion

  • Act as a senior point of contact for key accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth and cross-selling.

  • Build and nurture trusted, long-term relationships with C-suite decision-makers and strategic partners.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop tailored proposals, pitches, and impactful client presentations.

Data-Driven Sales Operations

  • Implement and optimize sales processes, CRM usage (e.g., HubSpot), and reporting frameworks to ensure visibility, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline health.

  • Analyse market trends, competitive intelligence, and performance metrics to continuously refine strategies and tactics.

Your Profile

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience

, including at least 5 years in a senior or director-level role leading high-performing teams.

  • Proven track record of
    driving B2B revenue growth

, negotiating enterprise-level deals, and building strategic partnerships.

  • Expertise in consultative selling

, solution sales, and complex deal structures within sustainability, ESG, social impact, or related industries.

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate impact into business value for corporate partners.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, able to engage confidently with C-suite executives.

  • Data- and metrics-driven approach to sales management and strategy.

  • Agile, entrepreneurial mindset with experience scaling sales operations in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
