- Promote the company's business in the Thai market, including brand building, customer development, and relationship management
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets, market objectives, and payment collection goals in Thailand
- Develop and manage existing and new channel partners; identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand the business
- Collaborate closely with partners to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Provide project support and oversee the entire project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery for customers
- Follow up on after-sales services and respond promptly and effectively to customer needs
- Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and sales data to develop forecasts, business models, and promotion strategies; conduct regular partner reviews
- Implement sales plans, product positioning strategies, and promotional activities, and perform other assigned duties
- Bachelor's degree or above
- At least 5 years of experience in distribution and channel management within the ICT industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a channel-based environment
- Strong interest in the technology industry, especially CCTV, servers, storage, switches, routers, and networking products
- Experience in marketing and sales programs is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English as a working language
